Donation forms store your contribution request and, when payment services are configured, payment references used for verification. A submission alone does not confirm receipt of funds. We use these details to respond, review applications, coordinate participation and maintain contribution records. Personal-portal access is granted separately after verification; it is not created automatically by submitting a form. Submission requires your consent. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your details.

If you contact us by email or phone, we use the details you share to respond to your enquiry and discuss your participation. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information through the form or by email.

Website services and links

This website has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and uses essential session cookies for secure forms and administrator sign-in. Our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical access information to operate and secure the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. The map link opens Google Maps; external services have their own privacy policies.
